New home construction costs can vary based on many factors such as square footage, site conditions and finishes. For this discussion we will use design and construction services for a 3 bed 2 bath 1,500 SF-2,000 SF living space home with an attached 576 SF garage on a fairly level site. The finishes would be mid-level with granite or quartzite countertops, shaker cabinets, laminate flooring at kitchen, living and bedrooms, tile flooring at bathrooms. bathroom 1 would have cast iron tub/shower with tile surround, bathroom 2 would have walk-in tile shower, soaking tub with tile surround. The cost for this project would be $315,000-$420,000 or $210 per square foot.

We install all types of siding, trim, soffits and architectural features for general contractors and homeowners. Our siding services include installation of vapor barrier, installation of trim, installation siding and all necessary caulking. Soffit services include installation of vented and non-vented soffits at roof overhangs and patio ceilings. Architectural features include design, building and installation of Corbels, decorative shutters, custom window trims and all other types of architectural accents.
