CUSTOM HOME DESIGN

Let our team of qualified professionals take your project from concept sketch all the way to final plans ready to submit to your local building department. We can provide all of the necessary design input from a builder's perspective that will save you time, money and headaches once your project is in the construction phase. We will then work closely with you to develop a sketch of your custom home. Once the concept sketch meets your expectations, we will begin architectural drafting of your project. During this portion of the process, you will have more opportunities to fine tune your floor plan, exterior elevations and roof lines. Once you are 100% satisfied with the architectural plans, we will provide you with a 3D rendering of your home which allows you to perform a virtual walkthrough. This virtual walk through is the final opportunity to make design changes to your home before we send the plans to engineering. In the engineering portion of the design process our talented engineering partners take your architectural plans and provide structural engineering to create a durable, long lasting and safe structure that meets all building codes in your local jurisdiction. The final part of the design process is the title 24 analysis. during this portion of the design process our certified title 24 partners will perform the analysis which consists of ensuring your new home will meet all applicable California energy standards by determining permissible insulation, heating and cooling systems, window/door energy efficiency and hot water heating system. At this point your plans are ready for submission to your local building department but we will sit down and go over them with you one final time to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your design and if needed make any final changes so that you truly get a custom home design that you will enjoy for many years to come.
